Rebooting 30 Day Challenges

Are you bored? Stuck in a rut with the same routine day in and day out…

This is me, 1 year+ into the pandemic that started in March 2020. So I have decided to start doing 30 day challenges again.

The idea is you pick something that you want to do or change in your life and do it for 30 days. If it’s something you want to keep in your life then 30 days is the perfect amount of time to form a habit. I had previous done 30 day challenges with great results and I really don’t remember why I stopped. Anyway here’s the plan…

The plan is there is no plan. Previous I had set the challenges I wanted to do way in advanced but I think this time I’m going to pick the next month challenge just before the month starts, because things I want to do my change or the priority may change. I’ll be recording the achievements (and failures) here.

Today is April 11th 2021. Since we are 1/3 though this month this month’s will not be a full 30 day challenge, but I wanted to get started. The last challenge I attempted, but did not complete, was to record a video everyday to get better in front of the camera. So this is the challenge I’m going to start with this month.

So here’s to trying something new and getting better everyday.
